Pretreatment: 

The preparation phase is crucial for optimal carbonization results. Depending on the initial condition of the bamboo, size reduction and drying may be necessary. Bamboo is typically crushed into particles smaller than 30mm by biomass crushing machine to ensure uniform heating and efficient carbonization. Additionally, moisture content is reduced to below 15% using specialized biomass drying equipment, which significantly improves furnace efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

Pyrolysis Carbonization: 

This core stage occurs within DOING's carbonization furnace, which features intelligent temperature control and automated feeding systems. The process begins with external heating to initiate pyrolysis. As the temperature rises, bamboo undergoes drying, dehydration, and thermal decomposition. Once the material reaches appropriate temperatures (typically between 400-700°C), it begins generating combustible pyrolysis gases. Purification & Gas Recycling: 

The pyrolysis gases produced during carbonization undergo comprehensive purification within DOING's integrated gas treatment system. After purification and separation, the combustible gas is directed to a specialized combustion chamber where it's used to maintain the carbonization temperature. This innovative design creates a sustainable energy loop that maximizes efficiency. The residual heat from the process is simultaneously channeled to the drying system for pre-treatment of incoming bamboo, while exhaust gases are thoroughly treated through multi-stage purification including cyclone dust removal and exhaust gas scrubbing before environmentally compliant discharge.

Water-Cooled Charcoal Discharge: 

Safety and quality preservation are paramount in the final stage. The freshly produced bamboo charcoal is rapidly cooled using DOING's efficient water circulation cooling system, which quickly reduces the temperature to below 40°C. This controlled cooling prevents oxidation and spontaneous combustion while preserving charcoal quality. The cooling water is continuously recycled through a cooling tower system, minimizing water consumption. The finished bamboo charcoal is then conveyed to storage or packaging areas, ready for various applications.
