Pretreatment: 

The preparation phase is crucial for optimal carbonization results. Depending on the initial condition of the bamboo, size reduction and drying may be necessary. Bamboo is typically crushed into particles smaller than 30mm by biomass crushing machine to ensure uniform heating and efficient carbonization. Additionally, moisture content is reduced to below 15% using specialized biomass drying equipment, which significantly improves furnace efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

Pyrolysis Carbonization:

Water-Cooled Charcoal Discharge:

The freshly produced bamboo charcoal is rapidly cooled using DOING's efficient water circulation cooling system, which quickly reduces the temperature to below 40°C. This controlled cooling prevents oxidation and spontaneous combustion while preserving charcoal quality. The cooling water is continuously recycled through a cooling tower system, minimizing water consumption.
